1 ,4 丁二醇 (BDO)的生产正从基于乙炔的Reppe工艺转向以环氧丙烷、丁二烯或丁烷为原料的工艺。全球目前BDO的生产能力约为 90万t/a,1 999年需求量为 59.6万t,2 0 0 0年预计为 63 .8万t,产品的过剩已导致利润急剧下降。我国BDO目前的生产能力约为 5 .0万t/a ,2 0 0 0年需求量约为 4 .1万t。
The production technology of 1,4 butanediol (BDO) is now changing from the Reppe process based on acetylene into the process using propylene oxide, butadiene or butane as raw material. At present,the global production capacity of BDO is about 900 000 t/a, and the demand was 596 000 tons in 1999 and is expected to reach 638 000 tons in 2000. Overproduction has led to a rapid decrease in profit. The current production capacity of BOD in China is approximately 50 000 t/a, and the demand is expected to be 41 000 tons in 2000.
