经肱三头肌两侧入路复位双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折31例研究

Bilateral triceps approaches by using dual plate internal fixation in the treatment of type C humeral intercondylar fracture a report of 31 cases

目的:介绍经肱三头肌两侧入路复位双钢板内固定手术治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折手术方法及疗效。方法:经肱三头肌两侧入路复位双钢板内固定手术治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折31例。结果:随访12～36个月(平均21.3个月),骨折全部愈合,肘关节功能满意,用改良的Cassebaum评分系统评定优良率93.55%。结论:采用经肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板固定的方法治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折临床疗效良好。

Objective To introduce the treatment method and outcomes of type - C humeral intercondylar fracture with triceps sparing approach and dual plating fixation. Methods From July 2009 to May 2011,31 cases of type - C humeral intercondylar fractures were treated. Results The patients were followed up for 12 N 36 months（ average 21.3 months）, all fractures were healed and the function the elbows were all satisfying, assessed by the cassebaum scoring system. The rate of excellent and good was 93.55%. Conclusion The bilateral triceps approaches double plate fixation method in the treatment of type C humeral intercondylar fracture with good clinical effect.
