摘要 研究了配方因素对热硫化硅橡胶与不锈钢粘接抗拉强度的影响作用。研究结果显示 :虽然不同牌号的生胶和交联剂硫化的硫化胶在力学性能上存在差异 ,但其对粘接抗拉强度影响不大 ;气相白炭黑、结构控制剂和硅烷偶联剂对粘接抗拉强度都有不同程度的贡献。在研究用量范围内 ,随气相白炭黑和硅烷偶联剂用量的增加 ,粘接抗拉强度曲线先升后降 ,出现峰值 ;随结构控制剂用量的增加 ,粘接抗拉强度曲线呈上升趋势 ,其最适宜用量为气相白炭黑用量的 2 0 % Influence of formula on adhesion strength of heat-vulcanizated silicone rubber/stainless steel had been studied. The results showed that the kinds of silicone rubbers and crossing agents did not affect the adhesion strength of silicone rubber/stainless steel notably, although the mechanical properties of cured rubbers were different. Pyrogenic silica, configuration controller and silane coupling agent influence the adhesion strength to some extent. In this study, increasing the use levels of pyrogenic silica and silane coupling agent, the adhesion strength curve would rise to a peak, and then drop. When the use level of configuration controller agent increased, adhesion strength took on a ascending trend, and its adequate use level was 20% of the pyrogenic silica's.
