A report was made on the electrical performances and the mechanical properties of TPU/LDPE/SBS antistatic blend. A discussion was also made on the influence of the blending ratio, the useful level of acetylene black on the properties of the blend, and the structure was analyzed with TEM. The results indicated that the blending system could form interpenetrating network and forced dissolve each other. As the blending ratio was 10/3/100 and the useful level of ACET was 22 Phr, a kind of thermoplastic antistatic TPU/LDPE/SBS blend was prepared, that had excellent comprehensive performance.
