摘要
聚氨酯弹性体产品以其高抗张强度、高伸长率和优异的抗撕裂 ,耐磨性能等综合特征 ,得到广泛的应用。同时也带动了反应注射成型技术的运用和发展 ,但至 80年代末期 ,反应注射成型 (ReactionInjectioinMolding)混合技术仍未突破旧的混合理论 ,这导致了它某些难以克服的缺陷。就传统的RIM混合技术与新型层流剪切为特征的旋转注射反应注射成型混合技术 (RotaryInjectionReactionInjectionMolding)
The PU products had been applied to practice extensively for their unique properties, including high tensile resistance, high elongation rate, excellent tear resistance and wear resistance. And it made reaction injection molding technology to be applied and be developed, but in the late eighties, the technology didn't still make a breakthrough at the old mixing theory, and resulted in some hard to overcome defects. The article could present a contrast between conventional reaction injection molding(RIM) and new rotary injection reaction injection molding (RIRIM).
