Application of Amino-sulfonate in electroplating industry is reviewed, study on the application of amino-sulfonate in rhodium, ruthenium,palladium,iron,lead, nickel alloy(Ni-Co, Ni-Zn, Ni-Fe, Ni-Pd, Ni-P)and copper platings is made and 21 kinds of compositions are introduced.
