摘要
背光源的生产主要依靠人工完成,大大制约了生产成本的降低,机器生产代替人工生产成为必然发展方向。对背光源生产设备自动BLU叠片机的膜片吸取装置的设计过程进行了阐述,确定了满足生产工艺的最优方案。同时解决了膜片叠放时的精确定位、防静电、无损伤等技术难题。
Backlight production mainly rely on manual to completion, this situation restrict greatly on reducing production cost. Machine production to replace manual production has become the inevitable direction of development. This paper mainly discusses the design process of fetching device in backlight production equipment BLU Automatic Lamination Machine, determined the optimal scheme of the production process. At the same time, this paper solves some technical problems, for example, precise positioning, antistatic, no damage and so on.
