SOE Reform and China's Macroeconomic Stability

国有企业本身具有宏观调控的功能。我国国有企业改革不力 ,国企的宏观调控功能未能充分发挥 ,是影响我国宏观经济稳定的一个主要原因 ,因此 ,要实现我国经济的稳定运行 ,启动我国经济 ,就必须深化国有企业改革 。

An SOE in itself has the function of macro adjustment.However,China s SOE reform falls short of our wishes and the SOEs macro adjustment function has not been fully exerted.This is the major reason that affects China s macroeconomic stability.Hence,in order to achieve the stable economic operation and to trigger China s economy,SOE reform must be deepened in order to reconstruct the micro base for China s macro economy.
