摘要
目的:了解医生对优质护理服务满意度情况。方法:采用自行设计的"医生对优质护理服务满意度调查问卷"对443名医生进行调查。结果:被调查医生中对护理工作满意者占98.1%;不同特征研究对象满意度差异较小,仅不同性别、不同职称医生对护士服务态度的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医生对优质护理服务满意度较高;开展优质护理服务工作后通过落实系列举措,医护配合更加融洽,护理服务质量、护士专业水平得到了医生的肯定。
Objective: To understand doctors' satisfaction with excellence in nursing service. Methods: A total of 443 doctors were investigated by a self-designed doctors' satisfaction with excellence in nursing service questionnaire. Results: About 98.1% doctors were satisfied with nursing service. There were no obvious differences among doctors with different characteristics, except gender and professional title (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The doctors show high satisfaction with excellence in nursing service. After delivering excellence in nursing service, we take a seriesofmeasures and doctors and nurses cooperate more harmoniously. The quality of nursing service and nurses' professional level gain doctor's affirmation.
