医生对优质护理服务满意度的调查研究

Doctors' satisfaction with excellence in nursing service

目的:了解医生对优质护理服务满意度情况。方法:采用自行设计的"医生对优质护理服务满意度调查问卷"对443名医生进行调查。结果:被调查医生中对护理工作满意者占98.1%;不同特征研究对象满意度差异较小,仅不同性别、不同职称医生对护士服务态度的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医生对优质护理服务满意度较高;开展优质护理服务工作后通过落实系列举措,医护配合更加融洽,护理服务质量、护士专业水平得到了医生的肯定。

Objective： To understand doctors＇ satisfaction with excellence in nursing service. Methods： A total of 443 doctors were investigated by a self-designed doctors＇ satisfaction with excellence in nursing service questionnaire. Results： About 98.1% doctors were satisfied with nursing service. There were no obvious differences among doctors with different characteristics, except gender and professional title （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The doctors show high satisfaction with excellence in nursing service. After delivering excellence in nursing service, we take a seriesofmeasures and doctors and nurses cooperate more harmoniously. The quality of nursing service and nurses＇ professional level gain doctor＇s affirmation.
