神经内科护士脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知和活动现状及其影响因素分析

Nurses' awareness and activities of rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegic patients after stroke in Neurology Department

目的:了解神经内科护士脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知和活动现状,分析其影响因素,探讨提高神经内科护士相关理论知识和活动技能水平的方法。方法:利用"神经内科护士脑卒中偏瘫康复护理活动现状调查表"对187名综合性医院神经内科护士进行问卷调查,分析其脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知及活动现状。结果:神经内科护士脑卒中偏瘫康复护理相关知识得分为(61.34±10.56)分,康复护理态度得分为(70.55±8.96)分,康复护理活动情况得分为(59.67±10.25)分;脑卒中偏瘫康复护理知识得分受职称、婚姻状态影响,态度得分受职称、年龄影响,活动得分受年龄、职称、工作年限影响。结论:神经内科护士对康复护理具有较正向积极态度,但总体知识掌握不足,康复护理活动的频率偏低。应有针对性地加强护士健康教育,强化技能训练,建立脑卒中偏瘫康复护士的培养体系。

Objective： To explore effective ways for promoting the relative theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the nurses of Neurology Department by investigating the status and influencing factors of their awareness and activities of rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods： A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of awareness and activities of rehabilitation for hemiplegic patients after stroke. Totally 187 nurses from 6 general hospital were included in this study. Results： The scores of nurses＇ rehabilitation knowledge, attitude and nursing activities were 61.34±10.56, 70.55±8.96, and 59.67±10.25, respectively. These variables were associated with the scores of the rehabilitation nursing of Hemiplegic after stroke, namely nursing professional title, work duration, et al. Conclusion： The neurology nurses had positive attitude on rehabilitation. But their knowledge was insufficient and the frequency of nursing activities was at a low level. Several targeted measures should be taken.
