男护士职业态度现状及其影响因素分析

The current status and influencing factors of professional attitudes in male nurses

目的:调查男护士的职业态度现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查表、护士职业态度量表及护士工作满意度评定量表,对202名男护士进行问卷调查。结果:男护士职业态度总体得分为(4.84±1.16)分,职业态度中立偏积极;多元线性回归分析显示,工作满意度、工作负荷、是否轮值班是男护士职业态度的影响因素。结论:护理管理者应以不同的影响因素为基础采取具有针对性的措施,促使男护士形成积极稳定的职业态度。

Objective： To investigate the current status of professional attitudes in male nurses, and analyze its influential factors. Methods： A total of 202 male nurses were investigated with general data scale, nurses＇ professional attitude scale, and nurses＇ job satisfaction scale. Results： The mean score of professional attitudes was 4.84±1.16 in male nurses, which indicated a relatively neutral attitude with a positive tendency towards nursing profession. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that job satisfaction,work load and situation of duty were influencing factors on professional attitudes of male nurses. Conclusion： Some targeted measures should be taken by nursing managers, which help male nurses to form positive and stable professional attitudes.
