眼科开展健康教育的现状调查与改进策略 被引量:10

摘要 目的:了解目前眼科医务工作者实施健康教育的现状,为系统化开展眼科健康教育提供依据。方法:采用自设问卷,调查全国部分地区65家医院147名眼科临床工作人员开展健康教育的情况。结果:目前临床医院眼科开展的健康教育,在形式、实施人员、时机方面均尚无统一标准。高年资的护士对于眼科健康教育改进需求认知度高于低年资护士,且在健康教育时机、宣教者专业水平方面具有统计学差异(P<0.05);高年资护士对开展院前眼科健康教育的认同度高于低年资护士,且存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:眼科健康教育已引起广大医护人员的广泛关注,但应进一步加强健康教育的规范化、科学化、系统化,开展多途径、有针对性的眼科健康教育,完善眼科健康教育专人负责机制,针对内容适当调整眼科健康教育的实施时机,加强低年资护士对眼科健康教育模式改进认知的引导,鼓励低年资护士对开展院前眼科健康教育的尝试。 Objective: To understand health education status in Ophthalmology staff, and provide reference for systematic health education. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire about health education related information was used to investigate 147 staff from ophthalmology department of 65 hospitals. Results: There were no general standards on education form, educator, education frequency and time. More percentage of senior nurses thought current health education needed improvement in several aspects than junior nurses (P〈0.05). They also had more interest on pre-hospitalization education (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Medical staffs have made a lot of effort on health education for patients with eye disease. But more standardized, scientific, systematic and flexible health education is much needed.
