日本经济复苏动向分析

Analysis of the Trends in the Revitalization of the Japanese Economy

2000年6月，日本经济企画厅公布日本经济1999年度GDP增0.5％，为3年来首次正增长。此次景气回升是在内外需共同推动下实现的。其中，IT产业的推动、亚洲经济的复苏发挥了积极作用。但其中也有一些不确定因素，且IT产业牵引力也较为有限，亚洲复苏与日本经济的低迷之间也存在着一定的矛盾关系，加之日本产业革命尚未从根本上展开等条件的制约，我们认为日本经济的此次回升固然为其转入复苏、增长提供了一次良机，但真正的繁荣尚有待于其产业革命来实现。

The Economic Planning Department of Japan announced that the 1999 GDP of Japan enjoyed an increase of 0.5%, which is the first positive increase in three years. The economic increase has been a result of dual promotion of internal and external demands, of which the impetus produced by the IT industry and the recovery of the Asian economy have played a positive role. However, apart from the many uncertainties, the traction of the IT industry is rather limited, and there exist certain conflicts between the recovery of the Asian economy and the recession of the Japanese economy. Considering that the industrial revolution in Japan as yet remains fundamentally undeveloped, it is argued in this paper that the economy of Japan, which is rising recently and offering an ideal opportunity for the country in its endeavor for recovery and increase, still depends on the realization of the country's industrial revolution for real prosperity.
