中文版葛森医院安全氛围量表的信度、效度研究

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Gershon Hospital Safety Climate Scale

目的:译制中文版葛森医院安全氛围量表(C-HSCS),并对其信度和效度进行初步评价。方法:对量表进行科学、严谨的跨文化调适,并用中文版量表对391名临床护士进行测评,对测评结果进行信度和效度分析。结果:中文版葛森医院安全氛围量表由5个维度21个条目组成,内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数为0.870,重测信度为0.84,各条目的内容效度比(CVI)为0.9～1.0,全部条目的平均CVI为0.95。因子分析提取的5个公因子共解释总变异的57.955%。结论:调适后的C-HSCS具有良好的信度、效度,简单易行,可用于测评临床与血源性职业暴露相关的医院安全氛围。

Objective： To translate and develop the Chinese version of Gershon Hospital Safety Climate Scale（C-HSCS） and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of HSCS. Methods： The C-HSCS was adapted following guidelines for cross-culture adaptation process. The reliability and validity of C-HSCS was tested in 391 nurses. Results： The C-HSCS had 5 dimensions and 21 items. The Cronbach＇s ct was 0.870 and the test-retest reliability was 0.84. The content validity index （CVI） for each item was ranged from 0.9 to 1.0 and the CVI for overall scale was 0.95. Exploratory factor analysis yielded with a five factor solution, explaining 57.955% of the total variance. Conclusions： The C-HSCS shows good reliability and validity and it is easy to assess Chinese hospital safety climate related to the exposure among clinical nurses.
