摘要
目的:了解黑龙江省6所三级甲等医院急诊科护士的职业认同及离职倾向的关系。方法:采用职业认同量表、离职倾向量表对黑龙江省6所三级甲等医院的急诊科护士296名进行调查。结果:急诊科护士的职业认同感评分低,离职倾向强烈;急诊科护士的职业认同与离职倾向呈显著负相关(r=-0.392,P<0.001)。结论:相关管理部门应采取有效措施,提高急诊科护士职业认同感,减少有离职倾向护士的数量,保证护理质量,稳定急诊科护士队伍。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the occupation identity and turnover intention among nurses in Emergency Departments of Class A te:rtiary hospitals in Heilongjiang province. Methods: We recruited 296 nurses by convenience sampling method from Emergency Departments of Class A tertiary hospitals in Heilongjiang province. The nurses were investigated by Occupation Identification scale and Turnover Tendency Scale. Results: The scores of occupation identity among nurses in Emergency Department are low and their turnover tendencies are strong. The direct impact of occupation identity on turnover intention among imrses in Emergency Department was -0.392 (P〈0.001) and the two variables were negatively correlated. Conclusion: The man.agement departments should take effective measures to improve the nurses' occupation identity in Emergency Department, to reduce the number of nurses with turnover intention, to ensure nursing quality, and to stabilize the nursing team in Emergency Department.
