摘要
通过建立临床循证护理小组工作模式,有组织地按循证护理小组的工作要求对临床护理难点实施循证护理,在有效解决临床实际问题的同时,很好地培养了护士的核心能力和评判性思维能力,实施前后护士的核心能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
We established evidence-based nursing team model and delivered evidence-based nursing practice according to the working demand of evidence-based nursing team model. This practice could resolve the clinical problems and cultivate the critical thinking competency of nurses. After the implementation, the scores of nurses' core competency improved and the ratio of nurses with top competency was higher than those before the implementation (P〈0.05).
