应用知识建构理论,分析了医院文化的本质和探讨隐性知识建构机制需要的条件,指出了当前防碍医院文化建设的主要问题,提出了建立相应的激励机制、设置专门的知识与文化管理机构、搭建知识共享网络平台、定期开展模范报告和实现医院文化的制度化等基于隐性知识建构理论的医院文化建设策略。

The nature of hospital culture was analyzed and the conditions for invisible knowledge construction were studied according to the knowledge construction theories. The major factors impeding hospital cuhure construction were pointed out and strategies were put forward for the hospital culture construction based on the invisible knowledge construction theories in terms of forming corresponding incentive mechanisms, establishing special knowledge and culture management organizations, constructing knowledge sharing network platform, making regular reports by model staff, and institutionalizing hospital culture.
