90年代以来 ,随着白酒生产相对过剩的出现和市场竞争的加剧 ,我国白酒行业开始了一轮又一轮的淘汰 ,一些名酒厂也未能幸免。而缺少天时地利的宜宾五粮液集团有限公司 ,不仅保持了持续高速、高效发展的势头 ,而且迅速跃居为“中国酒业大王”和“中华第一酒”之宝座。“五粮液的质量非常好”。“神州琼浆五粮液”。江泽民总书记和李鹏委员长对五粮液的高度赞扬 ,不仅道出了五粮液集团持续高速、高效发展的真正奥秘 ,而且为我国企业、特别是大型国有企业在日趋激烈的竞争中立于不败之地指明了正确的方向。本文通过对五粮液集团以质量求发展的成功实践和宝贵经验的科学总结 ,深刻地揭示了“质量是企业之魂” ,“质优魂则聚、企则兴 ,质低魂则散、企则衰 ,质劣魂则落、企则亡”之真谛。在国内外市场竞争日趋激烈的新形势下 ,五粮液集团的经验与启示值得我们每一个企业、特别是大型国有企业认真学习和借鉴。
Based on scientifically summarization of Wu Liangye Group’ s successful practical experience, this paper deeply reveals the essence that “quality is the soul of an exterprise”,“quality is good and the soul can be gathered, therefore the enterprise will bloom; whereas quality is poor and the soul will disperse, then the enterprise will decline; quality is bad and the soul will disappear, then the enterprise will close down”. In the current new condition of structure adjustment and competition with product quality, the experience of Wu Liangye Group’s development deserves to be learned by China’s every enterprise, particularly largesized state-owned enterprises.
