摘要
草苗分为60苗、40苗和20苗。草苗三个支系的语言在语音、词汇方面存在着一定的差异,与侗语在语音、词汇、语法方面也存在着一定的差异,但互相间的交流并无困难。所以,草苗说的是侗语应无疑,但从"名从主人"通则来看应为草苗话。
The Cao Miao people consist of Miao 60, Miao 40 and Miao 20, whose languages are somewhat different in pronunciation and vocabulary between each other. They are also different from the Dong language in pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar, yet no difficulty exists as to communication. the Dong language, but are speakers. Hence, it can be said that the classified as the Cao Miao＇ Cao Miao languages s according to are part of identity of speakers.
