Development of China's Inclusive Culture in the Context of Globalization

包容性文化是一种提倡在国际间及国家民族内部承认个体文化差异且尊重差异、彼此吸纳优点长处、各类文化有差别地平等且平衡发展的兼容并蓄型文化。在和平与发展、竞争与合作成为时代潮流的全球化语境下,中国应加强并创新包容性文化建设,可从加强民主建设、建立一个党领导下的意见自由市场机制、积极建设中产阶层文化、加大社会主义文化体系与国际文化环境的内容形式交换等路径进行。包容性文化建设对内可形成和谐文化局面,为和谐社会的建设提供良好的文化氛围及舆论支持,对外可增强社会主义核心价值及中华文化的国际竞争力,为世界文化的繁荣发展做出贡献。

Inclusive culture is intended to respect cultural discrepancies and learn from each from in- ternational perspectives. It is argued that efforts should be made in this regard in China when peace and development are needed, leading to cultural and social harmony domestically and the international competitiveness of China＇ s socialist values and Chinese culture internationally.
