摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析我院43例肠梗阻患者的相关资料,归纳CT诊断结果。结果:多层螺旋CT诊断与最终诊断的符合率为83.7%,其中以乙状结肠梗阻发生率最高。结论:多层螺旋CT对肠梗阻的诊断有重要临床应用价值。
Objective：To explore the applied value of Multi-slice Spiral CT（MSCT） diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods：The clinical data of 43 patients with intestinal obstruction were analyzed retrospectively and inducted the result of MSCT.Results：The diagnosis corresponding rate was 83.7% between the MSCT and the last result.Conclusion：MSCT is significant value in diagnosing intestinal obstruction.
