氨茶碱与沙丁胺醇在平定支气管哮喘的临床对比分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:比较氨茶碱与沙丁胺醇在平定支气管哮喘方面的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的90例哮喘患者,将其平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用氨茶碱,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用沙丁胺醇,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:经综合治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.8%,略高于对照组的95.6%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.2%,明显低于对照组的13.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨茶碱和沙丁胺醇在治疗支气管哮喘方面均有较好的临床疗效,但氨茶碱的毒副作用较大,不良反应发生率较高,临床应慎用,而沙丁胺醇气雾剂喷入治疗支气管哮喘安全有效,毒副作用小,值得临床进一步推广使用。 Objective:to compare the aminophylline and salbutamol in putting down the bronchus asthma aspects of the clinical curative effect.Methods: 90 cases were selected of our patients with asthma,and the control group based on routine therapy combined with aminophylline,the observation group in conventional treatment on the basis of add a salbutamol,compared with two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:the comprehensive treatment,the observation group were treated the total effective rate was 97.8%,slightly higher than those in the control group,95.6% of the difference was not significant(P 0.05).The observation group patients adverse reaction was 2.2%,and was significantly lower than the 13.3% in control group,significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion:aminophylline and salbutamol in treating bronchial asthma with respect to all have good clinical curative effect,but aminophylline higher rates adverse reactions,clinical should be careful with,and salbutamol aerosol spray into the effective in treating bronchial asthma with security,side effects of small,is worthy to be popularized.
