舒芬太尼与地佐辛在耳鼻喉内窥镜手术术后镇痛的对比

Comparison of Postoperative Analgesia in ENT Endoscopic Surgery with Dezocine and Sufentanil

目的:比较在内窥镜手术术后舒芬太尼与地佐辛的镇痛效果。方法:60例内窥镜手术患者,随机分为D组和S组,在靶控输注丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼完成手术前,D组给予地佐辛0.15mg.kg-1,S给予舒芬太尼0.2ug.kg-1,观察从停止输注丙泊酚到有指令性动作时间;从有指令性动作开始10min、30min、60min、90min的SpO2、RR及从有指令性动作开始30min、60min、90min的VAS评分。结果:D组苏醒时间较S组短,S组RR明显低于D组,S组与D组VAS评分差异无统计学意义,S组有3例SpO2低于<90%,D组有4例出现呕吐。结论:地佐辛与舒芬太尼在内窥镜手术术后镇痛上无明显统计学差异,但地佐辛对呼吸的影响小于舒芬太尼。

Objective：Comparison of postoperative analgesia in ENT endoscopic surgery with dezocine and sufentanil.Methods：60 patients scheduled for ENT endoscopic surgery were randomly assigned into dezocine group（Group D,n=30）,sufentanil group（Group S,n=30）.before the finish of the surgerise given the General anesthesia by Target-controlled infusion of Propofol and Remifentanil,group D is given dezocin 0.15mg/kg.Group S is given Sufentanil 0.2ug/kg..Observed the time between stopped infusioning Propofol and patients had Mandatory action,SpO2,RR after Mandatory action at 10min,30min,60min,90min,VAS after Mandatory action at 30min,60min,90min.Results：Waking time of group D was shorter than group S,RR of group S was lower than group D,There were no significant differences of VAS between two groups,SpO2was below 90% in three patients of group S.Four patients vomitted in group D.Conclusion：There were no significant differences of postoperative analgesia in ENT endoscopic surgery between dezocine and sufentanil,but dezocine has less influence on respiration.
