从肾虚血瘀论治盆腔炎反复发作45例临床分析

ClinicalAnalysis of 45 Cases of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Repeated Episodes by Deficiency of Kidney and Blood Stasis

目的:分析从肾虚血瘀论治盆腔炎反复发作的疗效,以供临床工作参考。方法:选择我院2008年10月～2011年9月收治的肾虚血瘀型盆腔炎患者90例,随机分为两组各45例。对照组患者给予口服阿奇霉素,观察组患者给予口服自拟中药汤剂。随访1年,观察两组患者的近、远期疗效,并比较不良反应发生率的差异。结果:经治疗后,两组患者均取得了一定的治疗效果,其中观察组总有效率明显高于对照组;随访期间,观察组盆腔炎的复发率、治疗期间不良反应均低于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:从肾虚血瘀论治盆腔炎反复发作临床疗效肯定,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective：Analyze the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis in pelvic inflammatory disease,for clinical work.Methods：Choose 90 cases from Oct.2008 to Sep.2011,randomly divided into 2 groups of 45 cases each.Control group were treated with oral azithromycin,observation group were treated with TCM decoction.1 year later,observed close,long-term efficacy,compare the incidence of adverse reactions.Results：Compare with control group,the total effective rate in observation group was higher,observation group recurrence rate was lower;the incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was lower,the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Deficiency of kidney and blood stasis in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with repeated episodes of clinical curative effect,no adverse reaction,it is worthy of application.
