乌灵胶囊治疗社区心血管神经症42例

Wuling Capsule in Treating 42 Cases of Community Cardiovascular Neurosis

目的:观察乌灵胶囊治疗心血管神经症的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(36例)。对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用乌灵胶囊治疗,以12周为一疗程,治疗2疗程。结果:治疗组临床症状改善明显优于对照组,治疗组有效率88.1%。对照组有效率66.7%。心悸、呼吸困难、心前区痛、疲乏无力、自主神经功能紊乱等症状均有不同程度的改善。结论:乌灵胶囊对心脏神经官能症有较好临床疗效。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Wuling capsule in treatment of cardiovascular neurosis.Methods：78 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group（42 cases） and control group（36 cases）.The conventional treatment of the control group,the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus Wuling capsule therapy to 12 weeks for a course of treatment course.Results：The treatment group,clinical improvement was significantly better than the control group,the treatment group was 88.1%.The control group was 66.7%.Palpitations,dyspnea,precordial pain,fatigue,weakness,and autonomic nervous system dysfunction and other symptoms have improved to varying degrees.Conclusion：Wuling Capsule better clinical efficacy of cardiac neurosis.
