血浆NPY和CRP检测在脑出血和脑梗死患者中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Plasma NPY and CRPTesting in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage and Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨脑出血和脑梗死患者血浆神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)和C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)变化的临床意义。方法:以本院收治的40例脑出血和40例脑梗死患者为研究对象,同时选取40例健康体检者为对照组,比较三组患者血浆NPY和CRP的变化情况。结果:脑出血组和脑梗死组患者的血浆NPY、CRP均高于对照组,t=3.58,P<005;脑出血组患者的血浆NPY与脑梗死组比较,t=0.81,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。脑梗死与脑出血患者轻型组与中型组比较,t=4.23,P<0.05;重型组与中型组比较,t=2.92,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。80例患者轻型组总优良率为95.65%(22/23),中型组总优良率为81.48%(22/27),重型组总优良率为43.33%(13/30),χ2=8.94,P<0.05。脑出血组患者的预后与脑梗死组比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;血浆NPY和CRP含量越高患者的预后越差。结论:脑梗死和脑出血患者的病情变化与血浆NPY和CRP有密切关系,血浆NPY和CRP的检测对脑梗死和脑出血患者具有重要的临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of plasma NPY（neuropeptideY,NPY）and CRP（C-reactive protein,CRP） testing in cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction patients and c-reactive protein change.Methods：Retrospectively 40 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 40 patients with cerebral infarction patients as the research object,and selected the healthy check-up in 40 cases as the control group,and the change of the plasma NPY CRP was compared in three groups of patients.Results：The cerebral hemorrhage group and the group of patients with cerebral infarction plasma NPY and CRP were higher than those in the control group,t=3.58,P005;The plasma NPY in cerebral hemorrhage group compared with cerebral infarction group,t=0.81,P0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Light group compared with medium group in cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patients,t= 4.23,P0.05;Heavy group compared with medium group,t=2.92,P0.05,the differences had statistical significance.The total rate of light group in 80 patients was 95.65%（22/23）,the medium group total rate was 81.48%（22/27）,heavy group total rate was 43.33%（13/30）,χ2=8.94,P0.05.The prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage group compared with cerebral infarction group,the difference was not statistically significant,P0.05;The higher plasma NPY and CRP content the prognosis of patients with the poor.Conclusion：Cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patient’s condition change with plasma NPY and CRP have close relationship,and plasma NPY and CRP testing for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patients have important clinical significance.
