摘要
目的:探讨由冷凝集素引起的与EDTA无关的假性血小板减少的临床分析。方法:采集两例实验者的毛细血管血液放入含抗凝剂Ka-EDTA、肝素钠及枸橼酸钠试管中,放置于37℃环境的浴框架上完成操作。结果:初步怀疑患者血小板簇集与EDTA具有关系,放入枸缘酸盐与肝素管内抗凝后依然有簇集表现,放于37℃后未见血小板簇集。结论:部分患者假性血小板减少可能是含有与EDTA无关的冷凝集抗体而引起,在抗凝剂情况下温度大于34℃时冷凝集将无作用。
Objective:To study the clinical analysis of cold agglutinin caused with EDTA which thrombocytopenia.Methods:We collected two cases of capillary blood into including experimenters anticoagulation Ka-EDTA,heparin sodium and folic acid sodium in the test tube,37 ℃ environment placed in the bath frame complete the operation.Results:Patients with initial doubt platelet clustered close a relationship with EDTA,add salt and acid content margin heparin tube anticoagulation still have clustered close after performance,put in the 37 ℃ not seen after platelet clustered close.Conclusion:Some people pseudo thrombocytopenia may contain has nothing to do with EDTA of condensing set antibody and cause,anticoagulant in temperature more than 34 ℃ condensation,there will be set when role.
