32例甲强龙脉冲治疗甲状腺相关眼病的护理

Care of Methylprednisolone Pulse Treatment of 32 Thyroid Cases Associated with Ophthalmopathy

目的：探讨甲强龙脉冲治疗甲状腺相关眼病患者的治疗效果。方法：选取2011年3月~2012年1月在我院接受甲状腺相关眼病患者32例,采用甲强龙脉冲治疗方法,并采取相应的护理措施。静脉注射甲强龙,每周1次,每次10mg/kg,治疗疗程为6周,6周后将甲强龙注射量减半,每次5mg/kg,持续6周,对患者的治疗效果进行分析总结。结果：患者经过治疗后,眼部症状都有一定程度的改善,治疗显效率为56.25%,总有效率为96.88%。结论：采用甲强龙静脉注射并实施相应的护理措施有助于甲状腺相关眼病患者病情的恢复,再给予实施相关的护理措施,患者的病情将得到很大程度的恢复,治疗效果较好,且甲强龙静脉注射给患者造成的副作用小,因此可以在临床上大量推广。

Objective：To investigate the treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy in patients with methylprednisolone pulse therapy.Methods：Patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy in our hospital from March 2011 to January 2012,32 cases,the use of methylprednisolone pulse treatment,and to take appropriate care measures.Intravenous methylprednisolone,1 week,each 10 mg/kg treatment regimen for six weeks,six weeks after methylprednisolone injection volume in half,each 5mg/kg for 6 weeks,the patient outcomes analyzed and summarized.Results：The patients after treatment,the ocular symptoms have improved to some extent,the treatment markedly effective rate was 56.25 percent of the total effective rate was 96.88%.Conclusion：The intravenous injection of methylprednisolone and implement appropriate nursing interventions to help the recovery of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy patient＇s condition,and then given to the implementation of care measures,the patient＇s condition will be a large degree of recovery,treatment is effective,and a strong side effects caused by the Long intravenous injection to patients,it can be a lot of promotion on the clinical.
