孕期体重干预对妊娠结局的影响分析

Pregnancy weight intervention effects on pregnancy outcome analysis

目的:探讨孕期体重干预对妊娠结局的影响分析。方法:选择我院2010年2月至2012年2月收治的产妇200例,按观察组和对照组各100例划分,对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行孕期体重干预,回顾性分析两组资料。结果:观察组BMI变化≥6发生率、糖尿病、妊娠高血压综合征、剖宫产、巨大儿、产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在孕期行全面、合理、科学的体重干预,可将孕期体重在适量范围内控制,降低妊娠期并发症的发生率,提高了产科分娩质量。

Objective： To investigate the pregnancy weight intervention effects on pregnancy outcome analysis.Methods： in our hospital from 2010 February to 2012 February were 200 cases of maternal,according to the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group division,the control group received routine nursing care,observation group based uplink pregnancy weight intervention,a retrospective analysis of two patients.Results：in the observation group,changes of BMI≥ 6,diabetes,the incidence of hypertension syndrome of pregnancy,cesarean section,fetal macrosomia,postpartum bleeding,the incidence of fetal distress were significantly lower than in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： during the overall,reasonable,scientific weight intervention,can be controlled within the range of weight during pregnancy in the right amount,reduce the incidence of complications of pregnancy,improve the obstetric quality.
