白血病化疗患者预防口腔感染及溃疡的护理研究

Nursing Research of Leukemia Patients Treated with Chemotherapy to Prevent Oral Infection and Ulcer

目的:对白血病化疗患者进行护理干预措施,降低口腔感染及溃疡的发病率。方法:对照组作常规口腔卫生指导,观察组患者予发放健康宣教手册,进行心理安慰,指导正确的漱口方法,并依据患者口腔的PH值使用不同的漱口液。结果:观察组溃疡发病率低于对照组,观察组与对照组口腔溃疡的疗效分析,观察组疗效更好,愈合时间短,细菌感染数少。结论:我们应该加强白血病化疗患者的护理干预,减少口腔溃疡发病率及口腔感染率。

Objective：To reduce the incidence of oral infections and ulcers by Nursing interventions for leukemia patients treated with chemotherapy.Methods：Control group was conducted by conventional oral hygiene instruction,observation group was given a health education manual,psychological comfort,guidance mouthwash,and select different mouthwash according to oral PH value of the patient.Results：Ulcer incidence is lower in the observation group than the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was better,healing time was shortor,incidence of bacterial infection was fewer.Conclusion：We should strengthen the nursing intervention of leukemia patients treated with chemotherapy to reduce the oral ulcer incidence and oral infection rate.
