中国加入世贸组织利大于弊 ,利弊共生。趋利避害应进一步深化改革 ,建立现代企业制度 ;进一步推动企业的改组和改造 ,努力吸收外部资金 ,重组资产 ;进一步发展教育 ,特别是高等教育 ;进一步加强企业人力资源开发与管理 ,提高中国企业在人才市场上的竞争力 ;加强战略管理 ;充分利用缓冲期 ,做好入世准备。

Advantage of China's entrance to WTO is greater than it's disadvantage.We should use the advantage and avoid the disadvantage;We should deepen the reform to construct the modern enterprise system;We should promote enterprise reconstruction and recreation to absorb external funds;We should develop education,especially higher education;We should strongthen the intellectual development and management of enterprise;Wu should enhance the strategy management;We should use the buffer period to make better preparations for China's entrance to WTO.
