This article explains the status quo of Chinese colleges and universities entrepreneurial talent cultivation, the plight and the reasons for the proposed reform of China＇s higher education talent training model and talent training philosophy to adapt to the market economy and the needs of the knowledge economy era, and to ease the difficult employment of college students.
