非英语专业少数民族学生由于受诸多因素影响，英语听力面临重重障碍。本文将以藏族大学生为个案，分析少数民族学生听力面临的障碍，提出有效、实用的对策，从-而有助于少数民族学生英语听力的提高。

The English listening of Ethnic College Students encounters many kinds of obstructions due to several reasons. This paper uses Tibetan Ethnic Students as an example to analyze the English listening obstruction of ethnic college students and the reasons. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes some strategies.
