浅谈高职院校教师素质与能力的培养

随着高等职业教育的不断发展，高职院校对教师素质与能力的要求也发生了重要转变。本文通过对高职院校教师素质与能力现状进行分析，提出高职院校教师应具的素质能力及培养途径与方法。
