课改十年，几多争论，如今的数学课程改革已经进入相对平稳时期。，此时我们再次提起“数学教学原则”，其必要性如下：一，“数学教学原则”的提法种类繁多，孰优孰劣尚无定论，然而数学教学作为数学教育的重要环节又异常关键，此时若有一个相对完善的“数学教学原则”，于新课改而言大有裨益。二，“数学教学原则”本身并非一成不变，而是随着时代的变化而动态发展着的，新课改下当然应有其对应的“新的数学教学原则”。
