微探教育“问题学生”的方法和意义

“问题学生”有着学习差，行为习惯差但重情重义的特点，”“问题学生”的“问题”的形成原因是多方面的。对“问题学生”的教育是教育者在教育过程中一个无法逃避的问题。宽容、理解、信任学生，包容他们的错误，找准他们犯错的原因。耐·心教育，并积极的帮助他们改正错误，是本文着重探讨的方法。，帮助他们树立正确的人生观，价值观，避免他们从“问题学生”转化成“问题公民”是本文探讨的教育意义。唤起所有的教育者和普通学生关心关注这类学生，让我们的社会和教育更和谐是本文的写作目的。

The characteristics of＂problem students＂ are that they don＇t study well and they have bad habits. But they pay much attention to ties of friendship. Those ＂problems＂ of＂problem students＂ are caused by many reasons. We educators should pay attention to the education of＂problem students＂ and this is one factor we should not avoid. Then what should we do to help them. We should tolerate and understand them. We also should trust them and be patient of their errors. And we should find the reasons why they make errors. What＇s more, we should educate them patiently and help them correct those errors actively. So this is the key point we are discussing here. We should help them establish a correct outlook on life, values, and avoid them from being ＂problem students＂ into being ＂problem citizens＂. The purpose of this thesis is to arouse all the educators and students to concentrate on this kind of students in order to make our society and education more harmonious.
