摘要
农村富余劳动力向城镇和非农产业转移,是建设现代农业、解决“三捉’问题的重要途径,也是社会进步的重要标志。随着城镇化进程的加快,经济产业结构升级对人力资源需求的提升,农村转移就业人口的职业教育与培训问题日渐突出。本文立足江苏省东台市富安镇的劳动力转移培训工作,深入分析影响劳动力转移培训质量的因素以及一些做法,并借鉴国外的一些做法,对做好劳动力培训工作提了一些建议。
