基于参数法的中国电信产业规模经济性研究

Research on Economies of Scale of China's Telecommunication Industry Based on Parametric Approach

电信产业具有规模经济性,但电信产品的用户规模不是越大电信行业就越经济。本文首先构建电信产业的成本函数;然后分析1978—2009年的相关数据,画出了历年来电信产业规模经济性的发展趋势图;最后对其原因进行解析,发现了电信产业固定资产投资方面的一些问题,并提出相应建议。

The telecommunication industry is of economies of scale, but the scale of users is not the bigger the better. The paper first constructs the cost function of telecommunication industry, then analyzes the data from the year of 1978--2009, drawing up the developing trend diagram of economies of scale over the last 30 years, and found that the telecommunication industry is close to the area uneconomic. This paper also discusses the reasons, as well as puts forward the corresponding policies. Meanwhile, there are some points of the developing trend dia- gram of economies of scale corresponding to the developing path of telecommunication industry, which reveals some disadvantages of the reform and developing path, such as redundant construction and cut-throat competition.
