企业大学战略定位决策研究——以中国移动大学为例 被引量:6

摘要 企业大学从出现之日至今一直存在许多争议,根本原因就在于其战略定位会随着诸多因素影响而产生差别,这就需要企业大学在发展过程中对其战略定位进行动态决策分析。本文对前人研究结果进行整理,提出企业大学战略定位动态决策矩阵,结合中国移动现阶段发展特点、内外部环境状况,对其企业大学战略定位进行了示例分析。 The corporate university has been suffering from much controversy since its appearance, and the fun- damental reason for this situation is that the strategic positioning of corporate university is affected by a great number of factors different from each other. Therefore, it is required that corporate university should make a dy- namic decision analysis towards its strategic positioning during its development. This paper sorted out the results of previous studies and proposed a dynamic decision matrix on corporate university' s strategic positioning. What' s more, combined with the current stage of development and the status of the internal and external envi- ronmental condition of China Mobile, this paper also analyzed the strategic positioning of China Mobile Corporate University as a case.
