摘要
企业人力资本是企业形成和保持核心竞争优势的重要战略资源,以高新技术企业为样本,研究企业人力资本、R&D投入对自主创新的不同影响,实证分析结果表明:(1)员工受教育程度、高管技术背景、高管工作经验、高管平均年龄等企业人力资本与自主创新有显著的正向关系,研发资金与企业自主创新有显著的正向关系,并且人力资本驱动创新产出的有效性大于研发投入的作用;(2)非国有企业的人力资本、R&D驱动自主创新的有效性比国有企业更有影响力;(3)研发投入对创新产出存在1-2年的滞后效应。
This paper selects high-tech enterprises as the research sample,from the existing data,we have selected measurable indicators of manpower capital,and R&D intensity and LnR&D is expressed for R&D funding.The indicators of patent applications are expressed for the output of independent innovation.Using empirical research methods,based on the descriptive statistics,this paper tries to establish the linear regression model,analyze the effect of the employees and executives in manpower capital on innovation outputs,and tests the lagging of R&D expenditure.The results show that:(1) Most human capital indicators have significant and positive impact on innovation,such as the level of employees' education,technical background,experience,average age of executives and so on.R&D funding has significant and positive effect on innovation,and the validity of innovation driven by human capital is greater than by R&D;(2) the validity of innovation driven by human capital,R&D of non-state enterprises is more influencing than of state-owned enterprises;(3) there is the disadvantageous effect of 1-2 years between R&D and output of innovation.
