摘要
从预警角度和员工对劳动关系的认知角度出发,通过文献综述、劳动仲裁及诉讼原因汇总、员工容忍度评分确定影响劳动关系不和谐的因素,采用探索性因子分析提取评价指标,然后利用结构方程模型技术,对珠三角民营企业员工样本数据进行验证性因子分析,确定影响民营企业劳动关系不和谐因素的路径关系和路径系数,进而确定各指标权重,构建包含"薪酬待遇受损"、"管理不规范性"、"员工不满意度"、"沟通协调不良"、"管理非人性化"5个一级指标,以及16个二级指标的民营企业劳动关系不和谐程度评价指标体系,并区分不同评价结果所对应的劳动关系状况,设定绿、蓝、黄、红四种预警色。
From the perspective of early warning and employee awareness of labor relations,this paper collects the influence factors of labor disharmony through literature review,reason collection of labor arbitration and lawsuits,employees tolerance score.It extracts evaluation index by exploratory factor analysis(EFA).Then using structural equation modeling(SEM) datas gathered from employees of the Pearl River Delta private enterprises which are analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) and which aimed to explore the path relationships and path coefficients between the factors.Finally it constructs the labor relations disharmony evaluation indicators system for private enterprises which includes five first-class indicators and sixteen second-class indicators.On the whole the first-class indicators are payment damaged,nonstandard management,employee dissatisfaction,poor communication,and inhumane management.Furthermore,it sets green,blue,yellow,and red as warning colors corresponding to different labor relations evaluation results.
