摘要
布尔迪厄的《区隔》要求学者走进厨房,在食物色香味的调配中培养基本审美趣味。这并不仅仅是一个隐喻。他判断工人阶级和知识阶级生活习性的不同导致艺术趣味的不同,亦是立足于这一趣味不平等的法理认知。由此来看摄影的"大众美学",或可见出学院派再是有心在仪式化上做文章,没有雄厚的受众基础,以及引领时尚的先锋意识,任何一种新兴艺术修成圆满功德谈何容易。而在社会分工日益细化的今天,我们更需要一种整体的而不是支离破碎的人文关怀。
Bourdieu's Distinction: A Social Critique of the Judgment of Taste calls on scholars to walk into the kitchen and devel- op a basic aesthetic taste in the smell and color of food. This is not only a metaphor. Bourdieu concludes that the difference of life habit between the working class and the intellectual class leads to their different tastes for art, which is cognitively founded on the principle of taste inequality. Therefore, in terms of “popular aesthetics” in photography, though the academism artists in- tentionally focus on its ritualization, any new form of art, without a strong audience base and an avant-garde awareness of lead- ing the trend, is difficult to succeed. Within the present context of increasingly refined social division of labour, what we need more is a holistic kind of humanistic concern, rather than a fragmented one.
