摘要
目的探讨艾滋病(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)合并皮肤疾病患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2004年10月至2011年10月广西龙潭医院收治的185例AIDS合并皮肤疾病患者的临床资料,总结其护理要点。结果经治疗,患者中皮疹消退173例,病死12例。皮疹消退的173例患者经高效抗反转录病毒治疗,免疫重建效果良好。结论 AIDS合并皮肤疾病患者的临床表现多种多样,应根据其实际情况,采取相应的护理措施以提高治疗成功率。
Objective To investigate the nursing method of patients with AIDS complicated with skin dis- eases. Methods From October 2004 to October 2011, the clinical data of 185 patients suffering AIDS com- plicated with skin disease were analyzed retrospectively. The corresponding nursing measures were also summarized accordingly. Results There were 173 cases of deflorescence and 12 cases of death. Effect of immune reconstitution was good after high active antiretroviral therapy for 173 cases of deflorescence. Conclusion Patients with AIDS complicated with skin have diverse clinical manifestations, which calls for the corresponding nursing measures to improve disease success rate based on actual situation of patients.
