专科情况一览表在基础护理中的应用

Application of Specialist List in Basic Nursing

目的探讨专科情况一览表在基础护理中的应用方法及其效果。方法自制《专科情况一览表》,并比较使用前后护理人员基础护理的执行率、患者压疮和跌倒的发生率及患者满意率情况。结果采用《专科情况一览表》后,护士基础护理的执行率以及患者的满意率均明显高于使用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);患者压疮发生率、跌倒发生率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论《专科情况一览表》的应用有助于临床基础护理质量的提高。

Objective To discuss the application of list of specialist situations in basic nursing. Methods The specialist list was developed by nurses themselves. Comparisons were conducted on the basic nursing implementation rate, pressure ulcer incidence, fall incidence, nurses＇ knowledge on basic nursing and patients＇ satisfaction rate before and after the use of specialist list. Results After the implementation of the specialist list,the basic nursing implementation rate,nurses＇ knowledge on basic nursing and patients~ satisfaction rate were significantly improved （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05） ,while the pressure ulcer incidence and fall incidence were significantly decreased （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of specialist list can help improve the quality of clinical nursing.
