摘要
研究运用大学生工作价值观量表和多维多向归因量表中的学业归因量表,对随机抽取的200名大学生进行问卷测验。结果发现:(1)大学生对工作价值观的重视程度依次是社会价值、安定休闲、自我成长、人际关系、自我实现和组织安全;(2)学业归因与工作价值观间有显著相关。
The study uses college students' work values scale and multi-dimensional multi-questionnaire tests, on a random sampleof 200 college students to the academic attribution scale attribution inventory. The results showed that: (1) the degree of attention of college students on work values followed by social value, stability and leisure, personal growth, interpersonal relationships, self- fulfillment and organizational security;(2) significant correlation between academic attribution and work values.
