在我国加大对新农村体育教育投入的新时期,采用"顶岗实习、双向培训"模式,既可以帮助农村学校解决体育师资不足的情况,同时也可以为体育实习教师提供实习岗位,这对提高农村学校体育教学水平有重要作用,对提高实习教师教学实践能力具有重要意义。

Take the mode of＂in-post teaching practice and two-way training＂ mode in new rural physical education, which is to improve the level of rural school physical education in the new era of the New Rural Construction in China. That will play an im- portant role to solve the problem of lack of physical education teachers for rural schools, and can provide internship opportunities for student teachers of majors in physical education, that improving student teachers to improve teaching practice.
