本论文以过程论的视角,以所构建的"学术能力培养流程概念图"为指导,以数据证明了"学术能力培养流程概念图"中假设的学术训练对学术能力获得具有促进作用,以及学术氛围对学术训练具有促进作用,从而说明在进行研究生学术能力培养时要加强学术训练及营造良好的学术氛围的重要性。

From process theory perspective, in order to build ＂academic ability training process concept map＂ as a guide, to the data to prove the assumption of academic training in the academic capacity-building process concept map with the promotion of academic ability, as well as academicatmosphere with the promotion of academic training, so as to strengthen during the the graduate academic ability culture of academic training and the creation of the importance of good academic atmosphere.
