摘要
现今的科技日新月异,对于社会人才的需求的层次越来越高,高等教育在有些方面暴露其局限性,工商管理的人才在理论研究、社会实践等能力方面都有待加强。所以本文立足于新的经济形势下,就如何提高工企业商管理人员的工作能力谈了自己的一些看法。
Today＇s advances in technology, increasing the level of demand for social talents exposed its limitations, business administration personnel, higher education in some capacity needs to be strengthened in theoretical research and social practice. This article is based on the new economic situation, the ability to talk about some of their own views on how to improve the management of industrial enterprises and suppliers.
