摘要
人的年龄是一个公开显示的客观数据。在企业人事管理中 ,不仅要注意体力劳动、脑力劳动与年龄的关系 ,还要考虑年龄对创造性的影响。分析其中的关系 ,找出其中的规律 。
The age of the staffs is a public and objective data.In the management of the personnel affairs of an enterprise,we should not only pay attention to the relationship between physical labor,mental labor and age,but also consider the influence of age on creativity.By analyzing their relationships and finding the regularity in between,we can increase efficiently the achievement of the enterprise.
