针对目前汽车工业对人才综合素质提出的新要求,以业界需求为导向,重构产学研结合新机制,进行校企联合培养,构建研究型、开放型工程实践教学体系,组建有工程背景的兼职教师队伍,强化学生的工程能力、创新能力和团队合作能力,实现学校培养人才与企业需求人才的对接,建立车辆工程专业人才培养新模式。
